Currently, Sam is a team of one, but even for one guy some projects can become rather large. Multiple part holders, cutting tools with their own premeasured tool lengths in designated tool holders etc.
Any sane person would not only label the hell out of everything, but also use modern cameras to document set ups and include those images in the set up sheet file.
